Has anybody ordered from IPSF recently? looking for some micro fauna for my refugium that I am setting up and want to know if this company worth its salt.

I've ordered from them several times and will continue to do business with them. I've mostly ordered the reef tune up kits but have also ordered a golden leather and some of their coral food. They have been around for a long time and Mr. Heslinga gives a lot back to the community and is a biologist.

Every order I have done was packaged very well and arrived alive intact. Honestly, can't go wrong in my opinion. There are some other larger sellers who can give more hermits or clean up crew items because they are resellers and deal in bulk. IPSF seems more family and environmentally friendly. They welcome email and phone calls and answer questions.

It wouldn't hurt to send a email and see what they ca do for you. Just remember they are located in Hawaii...

Good to hear they are a good business to deal with. Looking for mini stars and will probably place an order soon. TY

Yeah, I ordered bunch of frags from them a few years back and was very satisfied with price/quality/service.

Just received my first order from them. I got the 9 item mix-n-match special. I am overall pleased with my order, however, they did send me 6 mini-snails instead of 6 mini-hermits I had ordered. I was already getting 6 mini-hermits in the live sand activator, so I was not too upset about that mix up. They gave me a lot of Ulva and Chaeto and more amphipods and worms than I had ordered so it all evened out. They sent me a 2 inch white cowrie snail as a "Freebie." I literally e-mailed them a few minutes ago to ask what kind it is exactly. I do not want it to eat my corals, but if it is mostly an algae eater that would be fine. Long reply, but I would recommend IPSF.
