inexperienced clowns feeding RBTA?

My clowns finally starting hosting my RBTA about a month ago, so in their defense they are inexpeienced. Tonight I feed my fish flake food and threw in a few shrimp/crab pellets. I got so interested watching one of the clowns throwing the pellets into one of my torchs, that had been thier host before they found the anemone and they still host the torch at night. Any way when I looked at the other clown I realized it had just thrown a pellet into the anemone and there was no way I was going to get it back. My question is will it hurt my anemone? What else should I be careful with when I feed the tank? Thanks.

No dont be worried. This is just the clown "storing" food so to speak! My tomatos dont feed them nem on purpose but they just take it in and the anemone sticks to the food n their mouths and they let go!I see no reason to be worried!

The clown is storing its excess food, wherever it sleeps. before i had anemones the clowns would store food behind rock work as soon as i got the nem the food went into the nem. I wanted to think it was feeding the nem, but its just a stupid clown and the anemone is benefiting from it lol

lol, I have seen them do this myself in the past but was told that they were feeding it, the storing idea definately makes more sense
