Infected Scale on my new Anthia

I have had 10 of these fish in QT for two weeks now. All of them seem to be eating great. One of the larger ones had developed a lesion of some sort on one side. It looks like it is an infected scale.

Sorry for the poor quality pic, but it is a little hard to take a pic of. This was not there when I 1st got the fish.

Should I do anything special, or just wait it out a while.?

Check out that fat belly :D

Well, it seems to be getting smaller.

I am not doing anything special. Just feeding 2x day and slowly raising the salinity up to match my tank.

Hmmmmm..... It could be a bruise, do you see it bumping up agianst the tank wall or anything. And it probably is an infected scale.
