Here is the BTA I have that is about two weeks old
<a href="http://s496.photobucket.com/albums/rr321/dougcobb/?action=view&current=IMG_20101227_182042.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i496.photobucket.com/albums/rr321/dougcobb/IMG_20101227_182042.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

It was acclimated and placed, waited to settle so I could cover, then moved and hid under a rock for about a week and a half. Now it is out and picked its spot I believe. Ever since it came out it deflates completely nightly or in the morning. It is completely flat with no structure at all.

Then about half way through the day it inflates back up and looks like the first pic the rest of the day. I don't get it. I have one other bta that is identicle and three rbta that don't do this.

Tank parameters for you all.
sal. 1.025 or 35 ppt
phosphate 0
nitrate 5 maybe
cal 440
mag 1300 +-
alk 8
sitting under a dual 250 MH, but it is about six inches away from the side of the tank so not directly under either bulb.

Are they all in the same tank? This is only my opinion, but it seems to me that sometimes they release chemicals that will make one anemone decline. It may just be weak. it looks bleached from the pic. It's possible it just needs lot of TLC (feeding)

Yeah all in the same tank. Three rbta and two gbta. The other gbta never does this though. Could be hungry, though I try feeding when I feed the others. Generally target feed every other night. Droid pic, not the best. It is a bright neon green in person.

maybe you need to run some carbon..might too much warfare going down for it to stay inflated..it could be just getting used to your tank..also could be just expelling waste..but def could be getting used to those halides..

my gbta did that for a little while about a month or so and i got halides, but now it stays inflated unless it is just expelling waster..maybe it just has to grow a little more..might not make much sense, been drinking a little..trying to state all opinions..

I've thought of it getting used to the lights or the tank. I was told that once, but more opinions mean more thoughts, mean better chance for survival. I found the two gbta at a lfs, they were the only non completely white ones there. Figured id give them a chance before bleaching.
