Inflation at the Base

Has anyone ever seen this? I have some 12 or so other acros that are not doing this. I've never seen this before. The base of the acro is not growing or melting on to the plug. The base is just inflating or getting bigger right where I glued it. it seems to be moving up the stalk a little bit. The coral is discolored here its lighter different shade of color. Is this normal? will it stop or continue up the stalk of the acro? Bottom line is this anything to worry about?

From experience, I've had 2 acros bubble up like that in different areas, and what always happened was the tissue would eventually tear off the acro.

so is it just tissue? Or tissue and calcium deposits?
