all water paramter are fine.
has frag died off from lack of light. all the rest of frag's are fine. i am using t5 lighting. should i give more time and see if it recovers

I see you've already moved it into the light. Where? On the bottom of the tank low light area I hope? If not then, well, moving it may cause it to remain closed longer so entirely up to you wether to risk moving them again. Success really depends on how long it was buried and how bad the frag looks.

If the polyps are pretty well defined then I would move it be in a lightly shaded/low light area until it starts to open. Once it's starting to open regular move you can move it back to where you had it before the fall.

If the polyps look as if they're melting/flat just leave them where ever you put them and watch them closely.

Good luck!!

Good advice by Dee, but I'll add one more thing... do a water change. Your parameters won't always tell you everything and sometimes I'm amazed how a simple water change can correct issues. Even just 10%.

Unless they were smashed and only fell off your reef and went without light and haven't begun to slim or wither, they will be fine. They are merely stressed, i.e., highly PO'd. I would not move them up closer to the surface. A sudden and dramatic exposure to blasting light could induce bleaching. Even if they were behind your reef or under your reef for the full 12 days, the worse thing that would happen might be a subtle color shift depending on the intensity. More than anything else, they need to be placed at their original placement level before they fell off your reef, undisturbed in current but not over powering and away from any other corals which might affect their recovery. Resecure them on your reef and just watch them. Believe it or not, 2 days of actinics only, follwed by a half photoperiod on the third day, then back to a full photoperiod on the foruth day would have worked wonders.

Do you have an update by chance or a picture?

Good luck my friend.
