Injured fish?

Hello,

I woke up today to find my Fairy Wrasse with an injured eye. It looks like those toys you squish and their eyes pop out. It only happened to one eye but I'm wondering what caused this and what can I do to help?

Its probably pop eye.
I cant find my links on pop eye but you should post this in the sick fish forum. Pictures would help also if you can get them.

Check closely he may have ich and scratched himself.
