Hello everyone,
I run a 56G FOWLR and it uses a Canister Filter. I have 58lbs of Dry Rock when I started and the system has been running for a good many months now. I use 2 200W heaters currently which I have tried to the best of my ability to hide behind the rockwork and it doesnt bother me too much. I havent seen much in terms of discussion with Inline heaters. If I pick up a 300W heater, I should be able to only keep a medium sized backup heater in my tank, which is much easier to hide.
I use a Reefkeeper Elite for a controller, so I also need to make sure turning the heater on and off wont affect flow since it may not be on as much as it may think it should be.
Main concerns:
Leaks?
Reliability
Anything I should know about going this route?
Maintenance
Thanks for your time
