Does anyone have a spin stream? If so please post some reviews. I currently have the crappy hydor rotating deflector. This thing needs to be redesigned.

Looking for reviews too. I have a 14g with 2 Hydor flow redirectors, and while they are cool they are indeed a bit of a pain sometimes. Thinking about buying an IM Nuvo 8g and would love to have the IM Spin Stream instead of just a standard flared nozzle.

Spin stream will not work on IM Nuvo 8 gallon stock pump. SS uses return flow to rotate and that is reduced by almost 35%. Great idea but does not work on smaller pumps. Love my Nuvo but irritated that company did not adequately field test this...

That sucks my brother has the 8 gal and he is using the spin stream with the stock pump and it works great. Maybe you got a bad pump?

I am also using one in my 30 gal and it has been working well even though I don't really need it with the MP10, but it does circulate very well.

Glad to see this thread! I will also be purchasing one of these soon for my 6.2 AIO system. The guy who built my tank made it so that this part can be added on too. =)

Would love to hear other reviews, especially from other IM 8 G users. Mine will barely rotate using stock pump. Took it off, made sure nothing blocking it...
