Interceptor how much?

So I know this vet that is going to give me some interceptor but he want to know how much of a dose to give to me. He said that it matter by the wait of the dog..... I have a 40 gallon QT and wondering how to use?

Im using the green pills, they should be good for 100 gallons of water. The large white ones are recommended but they treat like 400 gallons each and you need a scale to get the dose right. I would get the green ones and treat 3 times with a little less then half a pill

may I ask how much milligrams or whatever you call the weight of the pill thnks

im not sure of the total weight, it has 5.75 mg of Milbemycin oxime , the white pills have 23mg

the old dosage recommendation that gets around of 380 gallons 9if I recall..its something like that)for every large 25 mg pill is outdated and written when it was still usneure how potentially dangerous the stuff might be to use in a display

1 pill per every 125-150 gallons is more the average of what people with quite a bit of experience using the drug will recommend to you and use themselves if they needed to...myself included.

For dips.......I dont even measure...whatever piece of pill I have laying around even if that ends up being a 50x to 100x dose

and thats the white pill? so Im assuming its pretty hard to overdose

Interceptor pills I bought a little bit ago are tan and on the box says each tablet 23mg (for dogs 23-45kg).

When I've dosed (the 3x method, week apart) I've used the amounts in the link, seems to have been 100% effective.

ok, I did my first dose tonight with the green box, I just used the whole pill which should be good for 100 gallons. My system might be about 90 total. I dont see any bugs at all anymore. Does anyone know if there is a reason to wait another 7 days or could I do it in 2 or 3?
