interceptor in quarantine tank?

So I treated a infested coral in a small 2.5 gallon tank with interceptor... it worked great..not a red bug in site now and great PE on that coral. Now can I keep the quarantine tank running with the interceptors still present in the water? Or is there an "expiration" date in which the interceptor will lose effectiveness. Thanks -Mike

i have read where the interceptor may last 12 hrs but I havent seen any hard studies. You have to assume it wont last indefinitely
