Interceptor question? SPS PE reduced?

For almost a month I have been dealing with a change in acro behavior. I have noticed a very profound decrease in polyp extension. Colors are all good and growth seems to be the same. PE not effected on all sps just about half. My milleopora and bali slimer show little to no PE. They used to have very good PE but one day just stopped. Montiporas are fine and my Garf Bonsai is reduced PE but not zero like the millepora and slimer. Two other sps have good PE as well as 3 new acro frags from the swap.

I have been systematically eliminating variables one by one. All parameters are fine. Alk is stable(9.1 dkh -dosing pump). Cal is stable (430-dosing pump). P04 is below .03 according to hanna checke (GFO) and has been for some time. N03 has been below 1 for months. Running rox carbon 24/7. Feed my fish every other day. No problem algae. I had to take my light (AI SOL BLUE) off line for about a day due to a malfunction about 2 weeks ago but was back online within 24 hrs. My MP10 failed and was replaced by EcoTech about a month ago during the down time I ran a hydor 750 running. I have basically narrowed down the only possible culprits to:

1. Stray voltage- voltmeter reads 3.8 stray
2. Red Bugs and/or AEFW

I just installed a grounding probe today and will check in the coming week to see if PE is improved.

If grounding probe does not help I am considering an Inteceptor treatment. The only Interceptor I was able to get a hold of was the chewable tablets. Not the hard pills. I am well read on the treatment process and understand how to do it. Does anyone have experience with interceptor? Is the chewable for the same as the tablet form? From reading I see that the chewables have something called "prazi"? in them as well as the active ingredient Milbemycin. Can anyone shed light on the difference between the chewable version and the tablet version? I have searched and can not find an definitive answer. Thanks in advance.
