How big is your tank? Most people do get the large dog size and then decide how much to use. 1 lrg tablet will treat 380 gals. hth
The 51-100 lb variety contains more of the ingredient that kills red bugs than the smaller dog varieties. Good luck with your treatment. I recently used 1/4 of a pill (51-100lb variety) to treat a 54.4 gallon system, killed my cleaner shrimp but the red bugs are gone. (I plan on doing a total of 3 treatments)

correct 1/4 of largest pill will treat up to 100gall. I used 1/4 on my 75gal with great result. All red and black bugs are DEAD (yes I had both). I made second treatment 6 days later just in case. My shrimps, crabs etc were in small 10g tank for few weeks then I put them back - all are doing great.

130 total volume for now. I will be adding another 24 gallon Fuge soon.
