Had to treat our tank for thoes nasty red bugs, now we have a major cayno and green hair alge problem....

Any advice?

Reduce lights for 3 days, Harvest what you can and get it out of the tank. Red bugs gone? Did this cause your bloom? Find cause of symptom if you can, otherwise, deal with it. Check light bulbs for age? I dunno, what else sounds good? Up on water changes? Got some GFO going? 1st time with algae bloom? Got pics? Shoot some video. Play some rock n' roll.

I just finished a Sentinel/red bug treatment with no visiable ill effect. then 2 weeks later use Chemi clean to treat cycano for 2 days. everything seems fine. but make sure u do a 20% waterchange after both treatment.
