from what I undrstand a single treatment will kill off the living redbugs but would not effect any eggs etc. I have not heard of long term success with just a single treatment.
treats (kills) "red bugs" on SPS corals.
If you are not familiar Interceptor is a heart worm medicine for dogs. But works in the tanks as well. There are several really long threads with instructions here on RC
