Let me begin by saying a few things.
A. I work at a fish store who give great discounts to employees. (the octo we have in is priced at 90$, If i were to buy him/her, it would be 15$) this also shows that food will not be much of a problem.
B. Easy supply of octos.
C. I have a few friends well versed in octo care, never hurts to get multiple opinions and answers.
Anywho these are some really crappy pictures of the octo we have in right now. Trying to get an ID since we commonly get these guys in alot.
Bad pics i know but any clues as to what sort of species it may be so i can kinda figure out a tank scheme it would be helpful!
this guy is the size of a baseball when all smushed up, and has tiny little eyes. no kidding that they can easily blend in.. it looks like a mushy pile of rocks lol. Any ways we had it labeled as a "brown octo" which as far as ive researched, means nothing. Previous ones were labeled as pacific brown octo, again same generalization. Asked my manager where they got him from so hopefully i can have a location soon.. thanks folks!
