I do believe that is an aquatic creature called a "fish". They abound on a planet called Earth and some humans find them so appealing they will rearrange their entire life and spend a small fortune to keep one in a glass box in their home. Strange.

It is now on sale at a large aquarium shop in Saitama. It seems a color morph of Centropyge heraldi, as pointed above, but it is rare.

That's the first thing that came to my mind! IMO its ugly and looks like a freshwater fish, but to each his own!
