When searching to ID my gobies I found this article (actually a chapter of a book):

A few years old but still quite interesting.
I actually observed the described cleaning behavior with my Alpheus randalli and Stonogobiops nematodes. Maybe that is one of the reasons why these gobies hardly ever get sick - they have their personal cleaner shrimps. And the shrimp has a much higher incentive to keep the goby healthy than your regular cleaner shrimp that is just out to score a meal.
