Internal Overflow?

Want to build a overflow for my 125. Would like it to be Along the top of the tank in the back. How do you calculate size? Will drill 1-3 holes and construct a manifold behind the tank.. (I like the way Dave's looked!). Will have a seperate closed loop running.

I will run the sump off of a Iwaki 30rlt. Sump will be 50+, not sure yet? Want to keep the sump flow slow.

you want a single overflow that runs the whole legnth of the tank? What size holes are you drilling? and where will they be located from the top of the tank?

I want 2 look at yours again first.... I'm set up to drill for 1 inch bulkheads.

Good deal. In the morning would work out best, as I am helping a friend move some stuff. I'm adding 2 400watt halides to the 3X250's I already have, so I can blow everything out of the water.
