Hello, as the title suggestions, I'm in need of some advice. I have 2 perculas(an onyx and a suposed predominantly white premium picasso. Doesn't matter, they're both gorgeous and I love their dispostions) in a 10g QT. They've been in the tank since day 1, 6 weeks and 3 days. QT was set up ahead of time in anticipation with a sponge that had been in DT a while.

Anyway, almost immediately I noticed small white spots on the little guy(picasso). So , because they were already in a QT, I opted to treat with copper power at my LFS' recommendation. Treatment for the mystery spots, presumably ich, went well. Haven't seen a spot in a couple weeks. However, I did also notice he had long stringy poop. I had prazipro on hand so I went ahead and treated, twice, as per instructions and forum advice. Still there. Noticed last week that the onyx now also has the stringy poop. They've been on metroplex for maybe week but as of an hour ago, still have the stringy poo. The picasso also has a lesion/bite mark/? on one side of his face. I'm attributing that to the fairly large onyx asserting dominance.

Sorry for the term paper, just trying to give all available info. Salinity and params are good. As far as the poop goes, they don't get fed mysis but maybe one or two times a week so i don't think its that. Thanks in advance for any advise.

You may be over reacting a little. On that note, I have two fish, clown and Multicolor dwarf angel that poop is long and stingy. Is the poop white and stingy and is the fish bloated, if so then you can worry.

Yes, the poop is white and stringy. Easily equal to the length of the entire fish. It's not a very good pic, but here's the lesion. This just popped up maybe a week or so ago?

No, I've been dosing the tank itself per the instructions on bottle. Did 1 measured dose every other day for a week. Did two last night.

Oh, all that stuff is on the glass and not the fish itself. For some reason this tank seeps salt like no other

You need to add the metro to the food. There is a binding agent that seachem makes called focus. I can't remember exactly because my wife made the food up but I think it was a teaspoon of frozen, 1 measure of metroplex and one measure of focus. That'll clear up the white poo quick. Good luck.
