Internal Parasite Problem

For the past year and a half, I have been having a problem with fish living about 5 months and then getting extremely thin and proceed to die within about 3 days. They do show signs of internal bleeding. I have had 5 fish die from this over the past year. I currently have a tamini tang, a sailfin tang, a flame angel, and two black clowns in the tank. My Naso Tang died last week. Again started to get thin then I found him dead about 5 days later. I was treating with Prazipro and he was eating it. The Sailfin is very thin and has been for about 2 months, but he still eats and does eat treated food. My Flame Angel has started to thin and is turning lighter in color. I see him spit out the food I am at my wits end. I have tried other foods, treatments, but I keep losing fish. My water parameters always come up within acceptable levels. I have been a reefer for 10 years and have never had this kind of a problem. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

You could try prazipro in tank instead of on the food.

It sounds like you might be dealing with some type of internal parasite in which case your best form of treatment would be to use Metro added to the food using focus. do 1:1 ratio of metro and focus and add it to one spoon of food. Let it sit for about 30 minutes and feed the tank twice a day for a minimum of 10-14 days.
do you notice any white stringy poop? Also what are you feeding the fish? do they get nori on a daily basis?

What is metro and focus? I feed both seaweed strips and omega flakes. I have been soaking them both in prazipro. I have not seen stringy poop...i think they all pooped with the lights off. Also I am not sure what nori is.

Seachem metroplex and seachem focus. Metro is used for internal parasites and focus helps it bind to the food. You can make one batch and feed and store the rest in the fridge and feed again next day. You can use it with frozen food like mysis. Feed little at a time so that all fish get to eat the food. You can run carbon in the tank to remove any access that gets released in the tank.
Nori is seaweed which is the best food source for tangs and helps them put on weight. Put some on a clip and make sure they have it available throughout the day.
