Internal Parasite/ Treatment?

Well I think my bi-color has internal parasites. I just picked him up from the lfs and he looked fine. Has nice color, watched him eat algae there off the rocks, looked like a nice belly too him, but he was in the back of the tank to get a real close look at him. bought him, handed it to the fiance and she looked him over and we were on our way. When I got him home, during acclimation, I noticed I could actually see his intestines? bulging and moving a bit like it was digesting, but it didnt look normal. He is not emancipated. He is in my nano tank and I'll but him in another to treat, but I'm wondering what I could use to treat it? What does it sound like? Tapeworm? Will Hypo work for internal parasites?

Ummm...my blenny has four little blobs coming out of its anus. Otherwise it looks fat and happy. I gave it a freshwater dip, but nothing happened. My LFS gave me some medicated food that is supposed to make the parasites detach, but the fish doesn't like the taste of it. Since the parasite is inside the fish, I think medicated food is your best bet.
I've noticed that not many people pay attention to this forum. Might try and post it in "new to the hobby." I do that and get more answers in that forum. Good luck!

Thanks seafan. I posted in new to the hobby so hopefully someone will know and respond. I went ahead and bought some prazipro so hopefully that will work.
