International Purchases of Profilux modules

Hi, it seems we here in the land down under have long waiting times for any orders of GHL Profilux equipment. I am after a WLAN module but nobody here appears to have any in stock, and the wait time to get one is usually 2 - 3 months!! So my question is could I purchase the WLAN module from one of the North American outlets and would it work in my GHL Profilux controller (we run on the 240v system here, not the 110v)?

Not only could I get it quicker if I ordered it from a North American outlet, but it is also alot cheaper, even with shipping charges!!

So, can somebody confirm whether the WLAN module would work or not. If it would, can somebody please recommend a good outlet to purchase one?

Hi Isaac,

all Profilux controllers and modules are the same worldwide. The only difference is the AC/DC adaptor.
But: I recommend to obtain your products in your local market. Maybe it's now faster or even cheaper to buy it from a foreign country - but what is with support or even in a warranty cases?

And: A very large shipment for Australia leaved our factory today! In about one week most parts should be in stock again.

Thanks for the reply Mathias, I will keep harassing the suppliers over here then. Things just seem to be sold very quickly over here, so I sometimes miss out and have to wait for the next shipment to come through.
