I have a female Blue line clown and decided to find it a mate so got a juvanile blue line clown (came from a trio of clowns) my female is giving the new comer hell (its ended in overflow twice ) this is the fourth day and still no let up on mate bashing.
I have put a mirror in front of my clowns anemone but still no change in behavour. the only thing I can think to do now is remove adult clown (put in sump) for a few days to let the jouvanile settle in . There are two bta in tank but they are only 12 ins from each other .
Any idears on other things to do as this will entail pulling out corals and rocks.
