invert breeding

So lately I have been thinking about breeding some random inverts like turbo snails, ceriths, maybe even peppermint shrimp. I cant find much info on how these things spawn. I believe peppermints have eggs kept in an egg pouch if they are anything like skunk cleaners. I dont know about snails possibly egg layers I was thinking of setting up 2, 10 gal tanks one with live rock and hair algea or some other fast growing algea to feed the snails and one with live rock and snails. This way I could pull out a rock from the hair algea tank and place it in the snail tank to feed them at the same time pull out a rock from the snail tank to be put in the hair algea tank for re seeding. So my question is can anyone point me in the right direction for info on this and any advice or flaws in my plan. I would really like to do peppermint shrimp but feel as though this would be much harder to accomplish as they have free swimming fry that could get sucked into any filtration. Although there would be no need for the hair algea tank if done this way.

Shrimps are generally difficult to raise to adulthood. I believe peppermint shrimps are the easiest to raise, but they still require lots of work (and money). Peppermint shrimps are hermaphordites, so you can buy any two and you'll definitely get eggs within a week.

I'm not sure if a two gallon rectangular tank would be sufficient, but you can give it a try. However, you'll probably have better success with kreisels. It's basically a circular tank that provides a circular flow. There are lots of DIY kreisels on google, so take a look at that. For food, you can try rotifers at first, and add copepods and baby brine later. Dose the tank with phyto too.
