An isopod can attach itself to a shrimp; probably other crustaceans too. You have to perform "shrimp surgery" and manually remove the isopod with tweezers. Lots of fun!
Sure, inverts have tons of parasites. Pick up a Starfish or really closely examine a Sea Urchin. I would not be the least surprised if parasites have parasites.
The only invert that I can think of that I have not seen parasites on are Anemones, but that is probably because I have not come across it yet.
I have a (fishless) frag tank I'll put new corals/inverts in for a couple of weeks before they go into my DT. Probably doesn't protect me 100%, but so far, so good. :thumbsup:
