So I'm looking for 1 last fish to add in my 60g reef tank. I ordered a Hoeven's wrasse online since the book and the website I consulted said they are reef and invertebrate safe. I had to cancel my order right away when I started reading here in RC that some of them kill hermit crabs, snails, and small shrimps. I love my hermit crabs and sexy shrimps so I don't want to take a risk.
I've always loved flame and eibli angels but I know that some individuals are not reef safe so I don't want to take a chance as my corals (softies & LPSs) are all happy right now.
I would love to have a tang but not a yellow tang. I've been thinking about kole yellow eye tang or two spot bristletooth tang.
Any other suggestions? Are there any invertebrate-friendly wrasses out there? I'm looking for an active with green, blue, or purple coloration as I do have mostly yellow and orange fishes in the tank currently. I have black & white ocellaris, firefish, midas blenny, lyretail anthias, green chromis, and tangaroa goby.
Thanks in advance!
