If I remember reef crystals has calcium, alk and mag added and I/o is just plain ole saltwater. I've used I/o for years and prefer it so I can control my dozer better.

I like Instant Ocean salt better. More prefer so I can control the parameter better.

Reef Crystals parameters are much higher. IO mixes cleaner

Depends on SG. Marine Depot or BRS have a picture of the chart that's on the package.

Brs has a video that has the parameters after mixing for most salt brands.
