There is no need for iodine for your inverts unless you are one of those who never ever do water changes. iodine tests are horribly inaccurate and they will not measure all the forms of iodine/iodide/iodate. The inverts in your tank will get plenty of iodine from your salt mix. Only at extreme low levels would you encounter a problem, and that would be remedied by a simple water change.
