Iodine overdose

I put way too much Iodine in my tank. Its 1 capful(5 ml) for every 50 gallons. I put 1 capful for every 5 gallons. is this horrible should I do a water change? Is everything gonna Die??????? please respond

What are your parameters in the tank? How big is the tank?

to be on the safe side I personally would do a WC.
