hello quick question, is anyone having problem with the app. i can not connect from outside my net work. it says connection failed firmware update required, does the app need updating and how.
I can only connect on my home wifi with the IPhone but when I am on 3G it does not work. When I first set it up it was working fine but for the last two weeks it stop working.
Check to see if your public IP address changed. Are you using DynDNS? If so, verify that the host record IP address in DynDNS matches your router's current public IP address.
Are you aware of anything that changed about 2 weeks ago?
