IPSF Mix N Match

Piercho,
Are you part of the Kitsap Airport shuttle company in WA?? I was stationed at Ft. Lewis for a while and always used that shuttle to get to the airport.

Well I just placed my order yesterday. Seems like ill get it shipped on Wed and delivered on Fri. I ordered some tank heaven red and yellow, sargassum, brittle worms, strombus, wondermud, live sand activator, and long feather caulerpa and something else, I forgot. Im trying to start a planted tank. Im just to envious what others have done.

It has been 5 years since I've gotten a shipment from IPSF but when I did they provided good product. The small conch-looking Strombus snails are especially good, they easily propogate in your tank and stay small. My only negative experience was that I had Aiptasia anemones come in with my shipment.

Same here, before adding anything I would go over it carefully. Let it sit in a clean bowl for a bit to see if any of the buggers open up. I had some on the plug of the free coral they sent me.

They got a little tetchy when I pointed out that their product had aiptasia mixed in with it.

I've ordered from them two or three times ( I forget how many) and will do so again, but like piercho said, watch for the aiptasia.

Received my order on Fri. I will say there was a lot of life in each bag. I have one question though. I have aragonite sand bed around 1 1/2 inch and bought some miracle mud to make the sand bed deeper. Can a place the mud in the tank that is already established?? Is it going to kill anything or make a mess. Thanks

Very perishable. It should be full of very small fauna that will populate your sandbed. If you let them die due to temperature swing, O2 availability, or pH swing, they don't do you any good. Just pour out the contents onto your sandbed.
