I've seen suggestions to add iron for tanks with seagrass. Why not then lay down a layer of laterite and put the substrate on top of that? That should be a slow and continuous feeding of iron. Thoughts?
This forum is more approppriate I would think.
Marine Macro/plant folks will go to a SW site generally, not plant sites.
Marine systems have other issues that FW does not.
SeaGrasses are tough in the long term IME.
