Is 425gph too much?!

So I have a 10 gallon qt with just one lyeetail anthias. I know they like food from the water column so I was gonna put a power head in the tank to keep it all moving. My question is is 425gph power head too strong? Seems pretty strong in the tank.

it could be. its like a 42.5X turnover rate. if the fish is sick it could be detrimental. maybe pop a sponge on the intake to reduce it a bit.
