According to web site it should handle 264g.

i am planning a 120-150 with LPS, SPS, and fish. It will likely have a moderate bio load. i dont want the skimmer to be to small.

Thanks,
Eddie

According to the catalogue and I am in agreement, for this type of tank you must reduce the rating capacity of the skimmer by 60%, it is suitable for about a 110. I generally find the 9010 is best suited for tanks up to 120 gallons. The base rating of 264 is for a FOWLR or a Dutch reef focused on macro algaes and soft corals, more demanding corals require a reduction of the rating.
