is ACAN expensive and rare?

im not really familiar with acan lordhowensis and enchino, is acan expensive because i saw some purple one selling for 25 buck and has about 8 or more polyp, is this a good deal?????

the rock is about 3-4 inches in diameter, and it has 8 or more polyp in it.
