Is Caulerpa cupressoides safe?

Does anyone have this macro in their aquarium? Have you had any problems with it?

It is commonly referred to as Toadstool Algae and is a good source of nutrient export as well as a herbivore diet supplement.

It can grow fast and over take areas quickly; just pull it out and discard as it encroaches.
