is ecosmart live down for adjusting the radions? im trying to make an adjustment to my lights but cant connect to ecosmart live. everytime i try to connect the webpage will not load. any one else experiencing this? are the servers just down temporarily?

I was on this morning and connected just fine. I use google chrome and log into ESL first then open the connection manager and connects every time. I believe early on they want the connection manager open first but that is when I have problems connecting to the lights.

Thanks for the responses. not sure what the issue was but it is working fine now in both firefox and safari. didnt try chrome. working now though and was able to make a slight adjustment. Thanks guys

I thought the same thing. I plugged in my reeflink the USB and it said it was disconnected.

I updated the firmware and it came back up. It had been like that since wed or thur. I thought it was fusion stuff, and I was not worried about it until tonight.

I'm so utterly frustrated. I've tried to register, but it says I have an account. Perhaps I made one when I bought my Vortechs. So obviously, I can't create a new one. I've tried using the "forgot password" route 6 times now and it still won't let me in to register and program my Radions.

I've tried through both Firefox AND Google chrome to no avail.

What am I missing here?

I realize I'm not super tech savvy, but logging on to a website shouldn't be this complex. Really starting to second guess the Radion thing...

Yes. Create a work around rather than get Ecotech to get things right.

Ha, well he has two options.
1. He can wait until Monday when Ecotech can work on it. ( I don't have the personality to hold out when a solution which causes no damage exists)
2. He can set up a new ESL acct linked to a new email address so he can set it up this weekend. I do see why it is a big deal. Life is one giant work around.

Vortechs serial numbers are linked to his name anyway if they were registered.

It's frustrating, but while my laptop was being repaired, I've been manually operating them. The tank is still cycling. It's just that I had a free weekend to commit to it. I'm currently also setting up my Apex. After the computer was repaired, it's now going through a series of updates. An hour here, two hours there. All while trying to update firmware.

Point is, I guess I can wait. But does it really need to be this complex? I'll really get frustrated when I wait till Monday and run into another road block. Right now I'm on simmer with full boil at the ready.

I love the technology but it just seems so inconsistent. Remote tank monitoring at the tip of your finger. Tanks too hot while you're on vacation? Click it off from your smartphone from 1000 miles away. Incredible!

Cant even log into an existing account??? Have to wait till Monday!

Doesn't make sense...

Ended up being an email issue. It's somehow on file but not registered. Yesterday was a holiday. I called and got a call back within a few hours. Got it quickly resolved.

My frustrations before were just that but I was clear about being willing to be patient, and a Ecotech made good.

Thanks
