Is it a tri color if ?

just wondering if an acro with pink body, purple tips and white polyps is considered a tricolor?

Got any pics? Sounds like a nice lookin' coral. I've seen some milles with the color combination you mentioned but not acros. I always thought the original tricolors had yellowish bodies, pink/purple tips and yellow/green polyps.

tricolor usually indicates green polyps, purple tips and whatever color body (teal with the valida and still purple with secales).

i'm going to try to get a camera to take a pic, i think its a deepwater acro as its very smooth and almost pearl like.
