Is it broken?

In this pic aren't the pieces supposed to snap together? Mine won't snap together. If that's the case what am I supposed to do? It's a 6100 stream.

Nope, the top one spins on the bottom one, they should not snap together, everything looks OK, just be sure the red oring is under the bottom disk when you reassemble everything.

Well I reassembled everything and the stream is still not working. I'm going to soak it in vinegar for a few.

Can you explain what it does? Do you get an alarm? Does it attempt to run at all?

I get an alarm but you can barely hear it. I don't know if it's the silver box or the pump itself that needs some attention.

It looks like the pump was fine from your pics of the parts. Did the driver or controller possibly get wet, often a week alarm is caused by a short.
