is it ok i say free kenya frags or is that part of selling/trading

Providing you're offering for free, no strings attached, and no request for any compensation ("I wouldn't say no to a frag"), it's fine. However, considering how thin the ice is where you are, it would not have been a bad idea to contact someone on staff privately if you weren't sure. If it were a problem, posting this thread probably would have sealed your fate here.
You could also read the [ua] you agreed to upon joining the board, and maybe check out our selling/trading policies. I'm willing to bet that someone has already given you the link, but what's a little redundancy between friends, right?
