Is it possible to have too much flow?

I added an MJ1200 mod to my 75 and I can't believe how powerful that thing is. I thought it was going to knock over some rocks :) I already had two k3's in there. I moved them around a bit but it still seems like a lot of flow. Should I take out one of the K3's? It looks like it is blowing the fish around...lol

I think the fish like it. I think the only way you can have too much flow, if its in the direct path up close to a coral or something, otherwise everything should be ok.

There is such thing as overkill with flow. You need to find what keeps the stuff you have in your tank happy.
Sometimes if you have too much flow it becomes tough to place corals because they are getting too much flow in so many spots.
Random flow to me is the most natural.

Too much is certainly possible. Especially close-up to one of those MJ mods. The "holy grail" of circulation is to achieve random, widely-dispersed flow.
