Is it too soon

Well my house now smells like a Thailand fish market on a hot steamy day (the smell is really starting to get bad). Ammonia level is up to the .6 range and Nitrite level is at .8. The shrimp are now starting to grow fuzzy mold or something and my water is starting to cloud but there is still no sign of any algae bloom. I added Dr. Tims stuff to the tank on Friday. Should I remove the shrimp now?

I would only swap one at a time. That way whatever beneficial bacteria is growing on them doesn't get decimated.

I am new to marine tanks but FW experience tells me not to swap both at the same time. Bacteria usually grows the best and fastest on the filter socks or sponges and grows slower on rocks/substrate. So I wouldn't mess with the socks too much during cycling... Maybe someone with more SW experience will comment on it...

Never thought of that, good point. I was mainly thinking about swapping them because of the smell.

Finally I am starting to see a change. Ammonia shot up to 6.1 or higher since it tops out at 6.1 and there is brown hair algae starting to form on the liverock I used to seed the dead rock. I also fished out the first hitch hiker, a Hypselodoris emma nudibranch that must have came off the liverock.
