Sorry, I checked again. The whole order is back ordered. Not 11/12 but all. Is the automated system just gone mad and replyed to me without human response?
We apologize about the backordered items on your order. Please PM your information over to us so I can do some research on the order. We are not going out of business and we are here to stay. I am not denying that your order may be on backorder, but I would just like to review it to see what we can do for you. We may be able to do some substitutions for you on your order.
