Is my acan ok?

So I have had my acan for about a month.

This is what it looked like when we got it.




As the weeks went on it started looking happier,


Had 3 fullish heads, and a little guy head on the front corner

The next week I had to move its placement as our turbo snail kept moving it...



It looks like the little corner head is shrinking or disappearing?

But now today I was looking at it and it looks like this...


I think the corner head is gone completely!?!

What could have caused this? Is it ok?

what kind of lighting are you using ?? what is your water chemistry ?? how old are your bulbs ??

We have a 14k MH that we run for 6 hrs a day, and a blue ecoxotic panorama pro we run for a light cycle total of 12 hours.

Our tests read:
Sal: 1.025
pH: 8.3
NO3: 0
Ca: 420
KH: 11dKH
PO4: 0

And our halides are probably 3 months old.. And got our new panorama about 5 weeks ago, the week before we got the acan.

Are you talking about the small piece that was on the bottom?

The small head may have just been clinging to life until now it was a small piece the rest of the heads look good how much flow is it getting.

Looks like some tissue recession. Can you dial down those lights maybe?
