I think its still shrinking and is even smaller than this, its like one quarter its original size

Need some info like how big is your tank? How old is your tank? What kind of lighting? How long have you had him? What other tank mates? What are your water parameters? What was the last time you fed it? All this info is needed to try and help you out.

I've only had him for three days, he hasnt been bothered by any other tankmates as far as i know, the tank is 2 months old with like 30 pounds of live rock and 70 pounds of sand 20 of which is live. I tried feeding it brine shrimp and cooked table shrimp but he didnt really seem to like it so im just leaving him alone. The only food he has gotten is a few pieces of brine shrimp from when i fed the fish.

I would just let it be since it is adhering to the rock. I wouldn't try to feed it for a while either. Just make sure the proper lighting is available. There should also be flow around it too (not direct flow on it though).

You can try and feed it raw shrimp. Also your tank is still young not sure it is stable enough for an anemone yet. But like what bluespotlady said I would just leave it alone and keep an eye on it. Good luck.

Sometimes that's what mine looks like for a few hours when it goes poop. Then it re-expands and happily hosts a pair of clowns.

If you're seeing brown, slimy stuff, that is likely zooxanthellae. Anemones will do that for a variety of reasons, at this point I would suspect it has something to do with acclimation to your tank. As the anemone is settling in, maintain very high water quality with regular water changes, activated carbon, and protein skimming. BTAs are quite resilient if you provide them with excellent water quality.

Also, could you post a FTS?

Now the stupid thing deflated, crawled through a hole in a rock and reinflated. So its halfway through a hole in the rock...
