Hard to tell from that picture, but it doesn't look good. Is it just shrunken or is it actually starting to decay? If decay, pull it asap as they rarely if ever recover from that state.

Tank looks pretty new for a nem, how old?

it looks healthier than mine though. hydor 1, RBTA 0. I don't think it'll make it, but we never know, I'd leave it there until it stops moving/reacting

Yeah leave it along, but keep a good eye on it. If it starts melting away really keep an eye on it or take it out. These things can ruin a tank overnight if they die.

Does it smell really bad if so yes it's done. A dying anemone is the worst smell ever. Lol lol

had the same issue w/a BTA in my hydor...didn't make it so I had to pull it before it crashed my tank...monitor closely or you'll be in a world of trouble..

did the anemone make it I have lost a few when they look like there mouth had turned inside out then most of the time they won't make it
