Is my blue tipped acro bleaching or growing?

Sorry,
I should know what it is doing but I am new to the SPS world. Running 3 AI Hydras on a 225 about 10 inches off the water and have the acro about 10 inches in the water....medium high flow and water specs look good. Please let me know what you think.

Thanks

To determine I always look at the base of the sps, if the tip is growing the base should also be expanding(unless its totally shaded)

Thanks,
I was hopeful that this one is growing.....I could have sworn it looked bigger than a little while back but was worried I was making it up in my head. The second picture is a branch that just broke off while I was cleaning my tank.....my main concern came from handling that branch and relocating it.....and then noticing that the skin where I touched it seemed to come off......not real obvious in the second picture, but you can see that it is white where I held it to push it into the new live rock hole I chose for it. Is it normal to have the flesh be that delicate?

Sorry for the follow up but......can someone let me know if it is common for the skin to peal after touching it as I describe above? I am optimistic that my coral is growing fine but found it disturbing that the blueish color came off after having to push the coral into a new hole.

Thanks,
Tyler

It can happen if it was irritated enough. Usually it will give off some slime and I add more flow to it for a day or two.
