IS my BTA Sick or Dying?

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I bought him about a month ago and he looked heathy and tenticals were bubbled in the store. When i put him in my tank and he moved around for a while till he found a dark cave to live in. He stayed there for about 2 weeks and was eating well.

The last 2 weeks he has moved behind my rock work. Now he pokes out between different gaps in the rocks.

For the last maybe week he is still moving behind the rocks but his tenticals seem deflated and he will not take any food. I have tired silversides, chapped shrimp, and even mysis shrimp but he wont take any of it. His tenticals are now small and his sticky is gone. He is still reteacting at night and still moving around but im worried he is sick or dying . He looks almost like a bell or glove with small tenticals but his mouth is not gaping.

My temp is 79, salt is 1.024, NO2 and Ammonia are zero, and my NO3 is pretty low.

I think my Phosphates are up cause im getting Green Hair Algae but have no way of testing them and besides thats shouldnt affect my BTA....RIGHT?

The tank has been running for alomost 7 months with LED lighting

"¢Im using a Panorama Marine LED Light Fixture on a 37g BF
"¢Flow: Duel return off a mag 7 and 2 koralia powerheads
"¢ It doesnt seem to move to or away from the light besides the fact its anchored behind the rocks
"¢Seems like its is looking for more flow as it has taken over the spot where my xenias were.
"¢Fish:2 Clowns (not hosted), a Lawnmower Blenny, Springer's Dottyback and some inverts and corals, all are healthy

What color was it?

It was always kind of a tan/ skin tone color with purple tips when we got him
His body color has not changed but the purple tips are no longer visible

Hope this answered all the questions
Here are Pics for Before(feb 12th) and After(april 27th)
