Is my calcium reactor setup correctly (video)

control how much water goes in not how much water coming out. so you dont end up with pressure build up inside the reactor and cause the amount of co2 goes in decrease.

3.5 psi is kinda low I thought most are at 12?

I run mine at 3.5 PSI on the Co2 output. I don't think having low Co2 output pressure matters much as long as your acheiving the target pH in the reactor. I run at 25ml/min effluent via my Cole Parmer pump, 3.5ish PSI and 1 bubble ever 3.5 seconds (Carbon Doser Regulator) for a consistent reactor pH of about 6.7. My Apex never has to shut my solenoid off because my reactor pH is perfectly consistent due to conistent flow and consitent bubble rate. The end result from consistency is consistent tank parameters.

If I increased my pressure, I'd likely have to decrease my bubble rate.
